The uniquely South African kelp: Ecklonia maxima

Our seaweed solutions are made from the unique brown kelp, Ecklonia maxima, which can only be found on the south-west coast of South Africa.
Ecklonia maxima is rich in natural biostimulants, such as auxin, that enhance plant growth and improve crop production.
Harvested sustainably in Gansbaai, in the Cape Province of South Africa, our source is far from large harbours and potential pollution. Here, it is also enriched by the cold and tumultuous Benguela current.
